“The only reason I give 5 stars is because Donna is awesome and does as much as possible to help whenever I've needed her help with anything related to banking. I have had terrible interactions with the male manager and debated never going to this branch again however Donna changed this and there is a few good staff here not many but a few. Hopefully they change the management as the guy is arrogant and ignorant and they lose customers because of his terrible attitude.”
“I went in to open an account. The reps were incredibly nice, and patient. They answered all of my questions and helped me to sign up for exactly the right services for me, including services I hadn't known about before I went in. I'd say: two thumbs up, great experience, highly recommended.”

I had a bit of a strange request in closing an account and she had to take a bit of a leap to trust that I wasn't pulling some type of scam (I wasn't). I appreciate her help and for not making my request more difficult than it should have been.”
