What a pleasure to deal with someone who is actually responsive and customer focused. He even tried reaching credit card services, and apologized as it was taking too long & he had clients. I just appreciate someone actually taking initiative in a banking setting...so long since this has happened for me.”

“I come here frequently as it's closer than any other location and I've always had good, prompt service with friendly associates. Occasionally there is a wait but never more than what I've experienced at other locations, especially like the other location further downtown where I've had to wait over 30 minutes before. Super appreciative of the staff here for always helping when they can!”
“Quick and easy access to ATM. Has disability access buttons for automatically opening doors. Also, this building is level entry. New location is much improved from where they were previously. Been banking with HSBC for over a decade. Always pleased with customer service and teller interactions.”

“Had to go in for a service that cannot be done online but needs a teller. Due to the time of day the line was long and there was not a lot of staff for various reasons.
I spoke to one of the supervisors and he kindly helped me with my request. I grateful it got solved and I was able to leave and not be late for my subsequent appointment.
It also goes to show that a little bit of kindness on both ends goes a long way and that we don’t always know the circumstances of why places lack staff.
I have been with this branch for 16 years now and will continue be a customer.”
