“This review is a difficult one because I've had several issues with CIBC in general over the last 6 weeks which left me wondering if I should continue banking with them at all.However, once I presented the problems to a teller named Jeffery, he was able to fix the problems in a timely fashion. These where complicated issues that not even CIBC telebanking could fix after I had called them several times.Jeffery deserves more than 5 stars. “They fixed my error on account. But as soon as I walked in, my data wouldn’t open my app/work at all. And I hardly connected to their guest wifi. Feel like I went from my secure network to their exposed mall guest network. Made it frustrating to use my phone in time, worry about my bill and plan. Once I left it all worked on my data again.”
“Quick and easy access to ATM. Has disability access buttons for automatically opening doors. Also, this building is level entry. New location is much improved from where they were previously. Been banking with HSBC for over a decade. Always pleased with customer service and teller interactions.”

“Had to go in for a service that cannot be done online but needs a teller. Due to the time of day the line was long and there was not a lot of staff for various reasons.
I spoke to one of the supervisors and he kindly helped me with my request. I grateful it got solved and I was able to leave and not be late for my subsequent appointment.
It also goes to show that a little bit of kindness on both ends goes a long way and that we don’t always know the circumstances of why places lack staff.
I have been with this branch for 16 years now and will continue be a customer.”
