One of the biggest highlights is their dog wash station—it’s a total game changer. Clean, easy to use, and so convenient, especially after a muddy walk or park day. They’ve got everything you need right there, and it saves a ton of time (and mess at home!).
Great selection of food, treats, and accessories, plus top-notch service every time. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area! 🐾”

The staff is so friendly and accommodating, helpful for everything we need. They have great selection of high end foods and a good variety of toys for extreme chewers. They always throw in a couple treats for Daisy when we go!”
“We have been buying our cat foods from Tail Blazer since the beginning of this year because they would always eat their dried foods. We have 1 picky cat and he would eat this food and only this food. It’s a good quality of food if you want your pets to live a longer life. It is pricey as one bag is $90 but worth it if you ask me since pets are family for me.”

“I love shopping at this little local pet store. The staff actually know what they’re talking about and take the time to help you find exactly what you need. You can tell they genuinely care about their animals - not just making a sale.
The store is clean, well organized and stocked with foods and supplies you don’t always find in the big box chains. Prices are fair and the personal service is honestly worth every penny.
It feels good supporting a small business that treats both pets and customers with respect. Highly recommend stopping in - you’ll notice the difference right away!
NOTE: In Google, the pictures show the store being in Seven Oaks Mall. They moved from that location 2 years ago to their location on Ware Street (2 mins away).”

“Had placed 2 orders for pickup at this location via the Petsmart App - confirmations xxxx1901913898 and xxxx1901913911. Did it this way to get special rate discounts saving us over $60 combined. Drove all the way from Vancouver to Abbotsford (hard to find this food today apparently). Got confirmation of first order being available almost immediately and in store stock showed no issues. Arrived at store just about 430p 2 hours later to find order #1 ready, order #2 delayed and then store rep said it should be canceled and refunded due to only having 1 big bag instead of 2. But where it was fixed was due to Raquelle at the local location- she took an equivalent weight of smaller bags of the same food plus 2kg extra, and gave it to us in lieu of the missing bag. Then marked the order fulfilled instead of canceled so we got all the food we needed. So where the online system failed us the local store rep Raquelle saved the day !”
