“I am so thankful Ema showed me how easy it is to feed raw. My 10 yo border collie loves his meat pucks- his coat looks fabulous, waaaay smaller poops and best of all, his teeth have improved and tartar has receded greatly,(looks like he had his teeth cleaned!) This is all because of Bow Wow…thank you Ema!”

“This is the best place for all and any supplies for your avian companions, wild birds in your back yard, AND even racing pigeons. They even have the stuff that makes flamingos pink! The lady (owner) is super knowledgeable and will help you with a referral if the store doesn't have what you need. They don't sell birds but there's a bulletin board that breeders post on. Fresh seed supplies arrive bi-weekly so you know your seed is fresh.

There was 2 bags of acana cat dry food that were unopened that I bought from this store almost a year ago and I told them my cats stopped eating this brand because they got addicted to other food brands, so they let me exchange the unopened bag with the hills dry cat food that they will eat”

“Love this place!! It’s got a cozy feel to it, the people are super nice (they love my dog and my dog loves them!) and they have a great selection of treats and chews which is why we visit usually. They also have dyi bathing stations where you can bath and dry your dog for only $9.99…so great for those of us with tiny showers and big dogs!! :) <3”
“I absolutely love this company, the two locations in Langley are owned by a Vet and his wife who are so very knowledgeable about the nutrition of Dogs and cats.
Their prices are very competitive, better than most smaller pet food stores!
They are accommodating too, I like a certain brand they only carry in there location that's about a 25 min. Drive from me, so once a month There bring in 2 bags of the preferred brand to the willoughby town center location for me.
I highly recommend shopping with the Bone and Biscuit Langley locations for all your pet food needs.

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sharon and the team of volunteers at Paws and Tails Adoption, located inside the PetSmart Argentia location. Having to surrender my cat was an incredibly emotional and difficult decision, but Sharon handled everything with so much compassion, patience, and understanding. She truly cares about the animals and the people involved.
Sharon went above and beyond to ensure my 5-year-old cat Romeo, was placed in a loving, safe, and suitable home. Knowing that he is now with a great family brings me so much peace and comfort. She kept me reassured throughout the process and treated Romeo as if he were her own.
