“Marshall, Clarence and the crew at Christensen Collision were amazing! On two recent occasions, I brought my car to Christensen to be repaired. Both times they did a fabulous job and yes, she’s pretty again! Dealing with car collision stuff is annoying and inconvenient ( especially when it wasn’t your fault!) but they made the repair process so easy and simple. Fingers crossed my repair days are behind me, but it’s comforting to know that the team at Christensen is there just in case.”

“Can’t say enough good things about this Shop, the staff and the quality of work they have provided me. I went in with an idea of what I would need, they communicated with me from start to finish. It was to me at least a big project and they were able to walk me through it from estimating the cost and the time. My new transmission is great. I even went back because I was concerned about an issue, which turned out to have nothing to do with the work but they took the time and diagnosed the issue and again clearly walked me through how to go about handling this matter. “Best auto electric repair guys in town! Very understanding and accommodating! We showed up with a JDM Toyota truck with electrical problems on a very ugly, cold and rainy day, from out of town, with no appointment. After being bounced by Toyota service department and Canadian Tire as a liability issue to repair, the guys fitted us into their busy schedule and helped within 2h, with no emergency surcharge! So humble and hard working! Highly recommend!!!”

“Amazing shop with kind people! I was heading up to the north end of the island and just gotten off the ferry when several dash lights came on. I called Hit Fair Auto, and they told me they would be happy to take a look and see what was going on despite me just calling out of the blue without any kind of appointment. Keith spent several minutes checking out my car, fixed the errors, and gave me suggestions on how to handle the situation if it happened again. If I lived here, I would definitely use them for all my car needs!”

“Unfortunately my Experience was horrible. Being qouted 710. For exhaust work and muffler replacement to 1359. Due to shop mistakes during muffler installation. This shop does not honor qouted price and did not replace my distributor broken at exhaust installation at Midas Hammond Bay. Also my tow was charged to me after my vehicle did not run after muffler installation and noone apologized. This will be escalated to Midas Canada.”
“Where do I start? Having to fly from Alberta to Nanaimo turned out to be a lengthier trip than I imagined but it was all worth it. Yes, the car I bought was beautiful and rare, but when I got there, the way they made that car sparkle was amazing (shout out to the detail guy). The customer service, sorry, the customer experience ? was the absolute best! Justin was so kind, thoughtful, fun and just a pleasure to be around. He deserves more stars than I can assign here on Google reviews. I would fly back to Nanaimo to purchase a car from him any time, even if I can source it locally. And Randy, can't forget Randy for making the finance part of this process easy. Glad we could share some laughs and it was great meeting the team. 10/10 highly recommend!”
“Amazing service all around. I just brought my new to me jeep in for the first service oil change package. I was given a very detailed inspection report of everything, they really did go over everything!! Its an amazing deal for the peace of mind. I left feeling at ease knowing everything that needs done and having set out plan to keep my jeep running well. I went forward with some of the work, the rest will be done in febuary/march. Never felt pressured into doing too much all at once. Reasonable prices. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend to anyone in need of trustworthy mechanic.”

“A Chrisrmas miracle.. its 1pm on Xmas eve, I have called several mechanic shops in the area due a sudden vibration after returning from Mt Washington with the family and headed to Victoria. Everyone is closed or closing. Lawrence was my last call. He met me at the Jingle Pot pub where it was diagnosed to be a failing brake caliper. He had an event to be at in a couple hours but still took it on and it allowed us to carry on home in 2hrs. Service like this is so very rare. Highly recommend these guys.”

“Highly recommend Adam Brockie and the team at Sunshine Ford. We were looking for a Bronco 2 Dr and couldn’t find what we wanted on the mainland. Adam made the transaction super simple and was very transparent. We negotiated the Bronco and my trade over the phone and the team was very accommodating with my schedule and travel plans to the island. Adam made sure our Bronco was showroom ready and helped organize a new set of all-terrain shoes as well. Throughout the entire process, Adam went above and beyond with his communication and made sure everything went smoothly. It was one of the quickest trips to the island, but well worth it. If you’re in the area (or even located in Metro Vancouver) I’d would certainly consider a visit to Sunshine.”
“Great team working at this location (3575 Shenton Road, Nanaimo BC) I came in for a 8 am appointment , car was diagnosed/ applicable exhaust parts replaced and out the door by 915am. Car sounds quiet again. 5 STAR Service . Recommended to anyone wanting excellent workmanship and service at a fair price.
Don't go to Midas , they tried to over charge me on parts that didnt need replacing a few years ago on and this Budget location saved me when I got a second estimate from them. I went back to Midas and the manager actually admitted they made a mistake and the part did not require replacement.

They have serviced my BMW 540i, Genesis V8 Rspec,. VW Tiguan, Audi Q5, and Audi S7 Quattro. They are honest - reasonably priced and very professional.
