I was struggling to decide and was offered a service (on approval). I could take the dress home with a credit card imprint(not a charge) to get approval. This was wonderful. “I came here for back to school shopping with my niece yesterday and we were so impressed by the excellent customer service. “A typical Esdie Bauer store in a mall. While I was there, they had sales on that were the same as what is available on line. The difference is that I was able to try stuff on right there. I have bought on line and from Eddie Bauer stores so for most items, I know what size fits me best. I always check the Clearance section and have found some good deals there. The staff are always friendly and helpful.”

The quality of their jeans is very high as it has 100% cotton in quite a few of them. I bought a slouchy pair and it is awesome, fits well.
