Selection is okay but it would be nice if they could carry bigger women’s shoe sizes. Also, staff are not helpful in this store. Every time I have been in here (for at least an hour) nobody asked me if I needed any help at all, and there’s always plenty of employees around. Probably won’t be back

Really good, manager is very understanding. I put a certain steel toe rubber boots for hold and drove down from Chemainus but when got there they had a different pair for hold, didn't even had my size in desired pair so manager gave me a good discount on another pair.
