“If they charged 10 cents a litre extra, I'd still stop here just for the staff. The ladies inside, and the bald gentleman, are always pleasant. Friendly and don't mind a quick joke. The long haired kid, who I usually see working nights, is gold. Buddy is great with people plus helpful. Great staff at this location”
“Went to get a car wash here. The gentleman that worked there was extremely nice. I usually go for the full pull wash which is $21.99 but he actually recommend that I get the regular wash because of all the pollen. Apparently the pollen adheres to the wax badly. The regular wash was only $12.99.
It's nice to know people still care about each other and he saved me a lot of money. I didn't catch his name but I was there April 23 mid day.

“The coffee is really good a special blend from the island. Staff are friendly. I find baked sweet treats and sandwiches they cooked from Jingle Pot pub kitchen. The have Farmer Ben's eggs, bread, cheese salami. Candy alot of choices, just about everything you need.”

“The warmth of customer service I experienced at this corner store was unlike anything I have experienced at any other. An instance of this was my experience there just yesterday. My friend and I were unaware of how the points system at 7/11, the kind lady at the counter (whose name i believe was jaspreet) walked us through it patiently, explaining it throughly. Overall great experience.”
“Called to see about hours for full serve gas.im needing it because of a disability. They said no however come in give us a call back and staff would come give me a hand. I prefer Shell fuel anyhow so definitely a win win ! I appreciated the service”

“The worker Amit at the 5th street 711 in Nanaimo bc is a very kind fair man we tried to get the night snack discount and the other workers refused to give us it while the promotion is available yet he stepped up and helped us with the order and they did not have the potato wedges available at the time he told us that it would be a 5min wait and during that time for our inconvenience he offered us a fountain drink which we kindly expected I'd like to see this man take up a manager's position or some kind of raise for his hospitality and kindness toward customers”
“Stop in occasionally to pick up lunch on the run. I've always found the staff pretty friendly. The hot chicken is great. The hotdogs and taquitos are not very tasty, and a little pricey in my opinion.
They still fill the spot for me when I'm too lazy to cook, and want something ready to eat.”

“Absolutely amazing family that runs this store, amazing with kids and always trys to help make things easy as possible. I got injured and they even offered to deliver stuff to me (across street) I am close. But it's still the effort and thought that they put into things. I would highly recommend this store to anyone all around amazing people!!!”
