Consistently impressed by the service! Whether it’s the in-store staff in Nanaimo, ordering online and the quick processing times or even bringing in shoes from other locations if they don’t carry them. Would highly recommend!!

Definitely have to give 5 stars to Yann, and the staff working at Frontrunners on Saturday! He was fantastic! He was personable and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t I want. I don’t like pushy salespeople but salespeople who truly want to help people. My runners are awesome. Thank you Yann. You are Great! ?

Stephanie I think is her name. Came in to try the Hoka sky flow but was disappointed that it wasn’t working for my feet but she then recommended a few other brands which was a first for me since I’ve been a hoka fan! She took her time and made sure I have the right shoes even though there was only 20 minutes left before the store closes!

Absoluety wonderful place the lady that helped me made me.run up and down sidewalk and wouldn't let me just choose the first pair I liked she took her time and it was a wonderfull pleasant experience I don't give reviews but this place deserved it

Outstanding service! I really needed new shoes. I'm used to going to bigger chains and picking ones out that I think look cool and might serve my purpose. Not today. The young dude who helped me out at the Bowen location was spot on. He was knowledgeable, made good recommendations and I walked out with a pair I probably wouldn't have looked at on my own. Now I have the best fit and comfort I've had in a long time and am very happy with my purchase. Will be back for sure.

I recently visited Frontrunners in Nanaimo and had an exceptional experience with Katie, who helped me find the perfect pair of runners for my fussy feet. I tried on around thirty pairs, and Katie was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
Katie took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, and offered advice on the different types of shoes that would suit my feet. She was never pushy or trying to make a sale, but rather genuinely interested in helping me find the best fit.

Very impressed by our initial visit to this store today.
The first thing you notice is that the store (though quite busy) is very well staffed.
Looking around we were pleasantly surprised to see how much time and care the sales staff took with each customer, ensuring their purchases fully met their requirements.
We were fortunate to have sales person extraordinaire Elise looking after us. After explaining the uniqueness of our foot conditions and what we most intended to use our shoes for, Elise sprinted into action and came back with a great selection she felt would meet our needs.
Elise’s incredible product knowledge is evident. She has a great personality, a no pressure sales vibe, and represents the store very well.
Needless to say we walked out with 3 pairs of shoes and will definitely be back again.

I was in to Frontrunners Nanaimo today from Cumberland and had Stefan help me. I must have tried on 15 pairs of shoes. Thank you Stefan for being so patient and showing me all possible options and giving me so much of your time! I didn't feel rushed at all. I ended up replacing my runners with the same pair of new ones, now convinced that they are the best possible shoe for my Plantar Fasciitis pain. And I got some ideas for what I want to get next when this issue resolves. Thank you Stefan for all your help! Now I'm enjoying cushy shoes again!

Unbelievable customer service. Took my daughter there to get new running shoes. The sales associate was very helpful and super friendly and gave us lots of choices. My daughter was allowed to jog outside briefly to see how different shoes felt. We will definitely be back in the future for more shoes!

Always a great experience in both front runners and New balance stores. Extremely knowledgeable and it doesn't matter whether you run ultra marathon or walk the waterfront,you get the same excellent service.The best.

The sales person was attentive, thorough and did not rush me through my decision. I went back and forth between a couple pairs a few times. They answered my questions and were not pushy at all. A great experience overall!!
