“I’m giving the Popeye’s Supplement Store (this location) five stars! While Popeye’s is a chain, each store is independently owned and stocked. My Black Friday order didn’t go through because the main website didn’t reflect what this specific store had in stock. Yes, that was frustrating, but Cameron, the manager, handled it with the utmost respect, honesty, and patience. He clearly explained that they’re working on improving how individual store inventories are reflected online, and despite the hiccup, he honored the deal and sourced the product for me. It’s rare to find such direct, open communication and genuine customer service these days. Because of that experience, I’ll absolutely continue to support this local location and highly recommend them!”

And then the pharmacy called at 4:30 as I’m in Ladysmith. I said I may not get there till 5:15 and they close at 5. Jacklyn says don’t worry. I’ll stay. She was amazing and cemented my business. “5 stars if you come in the hour before they close--4 stars the rest of the day. But the 10pm staff seems like mostly teenagers and that's great that they can earn some money, but I'd rather you close at 9 PM and I have to be a little earlier, and let those kids go home.”
