“Really good, manager is very understanding. I put a certain steel toe rubber boots for hold and drove down from Chemainus but when got there they had a different pair for hold, didn't even had my size in desired pair so manager gave me a good discount on another pair.”

“Just starting my husband's suit shopping for our wedding. Came in to Moore's as our second stop and met Ray. He was very knowledgeable (able to visually see my husband's correct sizes without measuring ?) had many suggestions with great reasoning and to top it off had a no pressure, make sure it's right approach. Enjoyed a few laughs and bought a coat. Would definitely recommend Ray and I'm sure my husband will now be shopping here more often ?”
