Store opened up 5 min late ,the lady that finally did open it was rude as can be ,didn’t even say sorry for leaving me standing in the rain ,mumbled a few words asked me a few questions but didn’t really want to help me .the other lady showed up late and looked like she just got out of bed both were grumpy and rude .i will only shop here if I absolutely have too . Do better Penningtons !!!!

Don’t expect any help when you go shopping here. You’re on your own! If you’re In the changeroom and you want to try something in a different size? Get your clothes back on and go find it.
They have nice clothes but very unhelpful staff. I will limit my shopping experiences here. Might as well order on line. ?

store is lacking, the staff did not say hi to us when we entered nor did they talk to us as well we were looking around. no one checked up on us in the dressing rooms. and of the 4 things purchase only one was mark with proper pricing as some one who worked in clothing the interaction Left alot to be desired.

The first part of my shopping experience seemed to be going great. Then after trying on countless bras for the right size/fit, I realized I wasn't offered to get 'sized' like they were offering other customers. I felt put out. I mentioned this to the young lady that was helping me and she said they would do it next time. (How does that help the current buying experience?)After all, spending over 70 dollars per bra, you would think all customers should get the same customer service!This is the reason for my 3 star rating! All customers should be treated equally!- 3 stars for the most comfiest bra ever

One of the best shopping experiences in 3 years!!Beth was amazing. Greeted me and came right up to me when I arrived and helped me right away with items I had ordered online and was wanting to exchange. She helped me so much with sizes and styles!I'm not a huge fan of shipping, noticing all my wobbly bits in the big mirrors buuuut Beth was like seriously love your body!She was so encouraging and supportive.Thank you Beth for all of your help!

Just not the same as it used to be. No stock for anyone over 4x, nearly no dress selection. Staff were helpful but there was also black mold in the dressing room.

It’s nice to have options in clothes no matter what size you are and so I appreciate this store very much. There is always something there that will work for me and today was no exception. Staff inside are pleasant, the store is clean and bright and everything is well displayed.

Need more selection on casual wear..staff good, returned an item, no problem at all..just same, same clothes..the t-shirts are too long...not a great selection of spring outerwear....they no longer carry a casual knitted pant I always bought there..the have one with cuffs..don't like cuffs...

BEST yoga pants ever! If you are looking for great, well made yoga capri pants this is the place! All the seams are double stitched (definitely bend-overable), made with substantial fabric with a wonderful high waist. They kindly put a pair aside for me when I called and I was very pleased with the customer service I received when I got there. Only one thing wrong with the store, the back hall where the change rooms are was very cluttered but they may have just received a new shipment of wonderful clothing so I am not complaining. This picture is from their online store, it's not me, I'm not quite that brave :).
