“A 5-star review to counterweight the many 1-star reviews. I had no problems at all with this location -- we'd received the note that the package had arrived, I showed up with ID, and the man at the counter took a note, went and got it, and that was that. He was helpful and pleasant. The facility was clean. It was ... Purolator, doing Purolator things. I guess that "5 star treatment" would really also include a coffee and a foot massage, but one can only ask so much, so I think that a 5'er is ok here, at least for what I experienced.
