The Shoe Company is a discount shoe warehouse with a decent selection of shoes, including for teenagers, at good and reasonable prices. The store is very neat and clean. Staff are described as very helpful, friendly, professional, and willing to go out of their way to order desired shoes, with no charge for in-store orders that can be shipped. Management handles customer issues in a smart way. However, the store can seem understaffed. Some customers note that not all workers are fully aware of how store pick-up works, with communication about ready orders sometimes lacking. On rare occasions, new shoes may arrive dirty. The location offers free parking, including accessible parking, in the mall area.

Was messy, customers left shoes and boxes everywhere. The employee did try to help us, he didn't do it safely, he reached up instead of using the ladder behind him. They had my sons size. 2 stars for effort and having what we needed.

Ive shopped here for yrs ,first time I Needed to exchange my 100$ runners for a larger size ,have receipt, within exchange time ,ripped cardboard box ... because box isn't in good shape they will not exchange.Completely Lost my service and sharing my ridiculous experiance.

Decent selection of shoes for my teenaged son to browse. He seemed happy with the selection. Seemed understaffed which is happening everywhere
