I live in Victoria where there are many podiatrists and other places to have orthotics custom made - all pale in comparison to the quality and notable benefits from the orthotics made at Harris. My first visit Stacey took the time to show me exactly what my issues are, what specific features are my orthotics should have to assist with those issues, and answered all questions I had thoughtfully and thoroughly. Repeat customer for life, thanks Stacey!”

“Love shopping here, each time we visit we walk out with atleast two pairs of shoes. Their customer service is the main reason we shop from here. We were assisted by Douglas, who was so friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently showed us different sizes and options, eventually ending up with the perfect pair of boots !”
“After getting newly prescribed orthotics I travelled from Comox to find a suitable running shoe at this store. Florie spent considerable time in an attempt to accommodate my wide foot. I bought a pair that seemed to work. After a week of inside and outside wear, my feet were in pain. I returned to Florie. She brought out many, many possible shoes. In the end Florie ordered a pair on line. A week later I returned to try on the new shoe. It was wider but did not work with my new orthotic. Florie refunded the cost of the runner. I think this company was more than fair and made an honest effort to meet my needs. Personnel were skilled at fitting and creating options. I hope to return and find a suitable shoe, after another visit to my podiatrist.”

“Best place to get comfortable, high-quality flip flops. The staff were super friendly and offered many choices based on what I was looking for. I settled on the Reefs, which I've been very happy with. My Cobians were bought here as well and lasted me for several years of hard use. I wear these to work, so they're well-worn.”

“Walked in as was browsing shoes, for anyone complaining about the looks - this is a discount shoe warehouse. They will not put the glass slipper on for you. They will however go out of their way to order you the shoes you want.
They offered to ship me the shoes and there is no charge when ordering in store. Today I got notification that shoes are out for delivery. Great service, and the person working was very helpful and professional.”
“I visited this sweet shoe store in hopes of buying the Blundstone shiraz colour cream. I called all the shoe stores listed and was shocked to find out the shiraz colour was only available in 2-3 shops! I chose this particular store due to their awesome customer service. The woman I spoke with on the phone invited me to bring in my boots so that I could test their cream and see if it would work. It worked beautifully and was only 5.95!!!! Thank you ladies for your time and attention- good luck at your new location!!”
