He saw it from his till, got someone to cover and immediately came to her aid. For a younger man, I was imlressed as how he took control of the incident and made the little girl feel comfortable and safe. He checked her out thoroughly and reassured the little girl the whole time it was going to be alright. She remained calm the whole time. To know what to do when medical attention is needed is one thing, but to be that compassionate is another. Very impressed. Well done!!! Also, we come every week for something and it never disappoints. Fast service, plenty of stock and price wise its fair. Been a member since 2000 and we moved here (Parksville) March 2024 and this is by far the best Costco we have been to.”
