“This was my first time going to this shop. I picked this shop because it was close to me and it had great reviews. I wanted to see if they could do a windshield leak test as I believed that water was coming in from my windshield seal. They told me that they did and that if I could bring down my vehicle by 4 pm they would be able to do the test and take it from there. I brought in my vehicle expecting just the test with a booking later on this week. They were able to quickly find where water was coming in and they were able to fix it right away. I'm extremely happy with the service and would recommend this shop to my friends and family!”

“I had a small issue with some trim that stopped my window from rolling all the way up. Richard came out and had a look then one of the body men came out and did a bit of manipulation to the trim. Literally fixed it in two minutes. Gave me some suggestions on how to keep it from happening again. When I asked how much I owed Richard smiled and said we are happy to have fixed it so quickly. Just remember to use us next time you ever have an issue.
The least I can do is give them a five star review with a strong recommendation. Based on my experience I would gladly go back to them for any other bodywork or claims that I have in the future.

“I’ve been going to Mo for about eight years now and he is truly the ONLY mechanic I trust. Even after moving out of town, I still make the drive and book the day off if I need to just to bring my car to him that’s how much I trust his honesty and work.
Recently I got new all-season tires put on somewhere closer to me, and they told me something “needed fixing” for about $500. I went to Mo for a second opinion, and of course… nothing was actually wrong with my car. This is exactly why I keep coming back.

My experience at IONE Auto has been the best. Andy is honest and kind, clearly explaining everything about the vehicles so we can make an informed decision. His cars are in excellent condition, and he stands by them.
I’ve been to so many dealers (some of which were branded) but Andy’s cars were in the best condition. The external bodies are as good as we might expect. But what really stands out are the interiors of the cars in his collection. I’m not sure if he’s particular about the cars he stocks, but they were all in excellent condition, with minimal wear and tear. That makes buying used cars from here a nice experience. You might even feel like you’ve just bought a brand-new car!

“Great service. The owner gave me options due to my situation. The guys placed plastic over the broken window to keep water out, still the replacement windows would take a few days to be delivered. When the window arrived, the guys were able to fit me in near the end of the day. They were fast and did a nice job with installing tne new window.”
