“I recently visited this laundry place owned & operated by a very sweet & smart woman & her hubby.
In my experience, the customer service was the best I have had at any of the laundry shop. Guest greeting, cleaning products discussion, allergy questions, payment and pick up instructions were clearly told. What I liked about the customer service that it was my first time visit and she made all efforts to keep it ever lasting.
My cloths were not only washed and dried but they were very nicely folded , bundled category wise and packed in white plastic bag which made it a few seconds job to place them in my closets when I got home. $1.25/ pound for that effort is worth every penny.
I am not going anywhere but coming here for my drop off laundry service.”

“This place is reasonable and the machines are good. I started doing my laundry here as the landlords refuse to replace the old machines in my building. My clothes are cleaner and I’ve been doing laundry less.
The downside is the other customers playing their music loud and not using headphones for their phones. People be more considerate as I don’t want to hear your music.
I wouldn’t drop my laundry off for the business to do as I saw the proprietor mix white and dark clothes together. Sort the clothes for goodness sake’s! Colours run.”
“I had a king-sized comforter that needed a thorough wash and was NOT going to fit in my apartment-sized washer. I called and was able to drop it off same-day. I'm beyond pleased by how quickly it was cleaned and prepared for pickup, and to have a nice, clean comforter back on my bed!
