“Amazing customer service. I called the call center to track a package containing my passport as I have a trip coming up and received a call back right away from Andrew of Fedex North Saanich. Even if there was not much he can do as the package was still in Quebec, he was very helpful in explaining to me the logistics and other ways to track and expedite it. Unfortunately, I wont have the package in time for my trip but I appreciate him going out of his way on a Saturday to check if it came and updating me. He was very empathetic, kind and professional! Kudos to Andrew!”
