I was very frustrated and was getting nowhere with FedEx with regard to changing my delivery from home to a FedEx store. I have been trying since August 18 when Kieran called on August 22. He gave me the links. He told me the duty and gave me step-by-step instruction on what I needed to do. Kieran is a great employee he’s patient, trust worthy, and has great customer service skills. He’s a keeper promote him.”
