“We rented a couple of bikes from this store. The bikes were great. The guy was careful to make sure they were adjusted just right for us. He also gave us some advice about our route which was helpful.
We had a great afternoon cycling up to the Seymour dam from there alongside the river.
All good.”
“I needed loose 3 mm bearings for the pedal of an old touring bike. I was at the MEC store in North Van for something else so I tried to get the bearings there, but they didn't have any and thought it's probably not possible to get loose bearings except maybe online, since everything now uses caged bearings. I decided to try the Norco store up the street, and they understood my problem and had some loose 3 mm bearings in stock. This was great service. No disrespect to MEC, it's a good store, but for bike knowledge Norco is a step up.”
“Always a great experience getting my gear worked on here, whether it’s my bike or skis! Always gets done super quick and they’ve been able to solve my problems each time”
“Daniel was awesome in helping me, very new to road biking, by putting on clipless pedals on my bike and brackets on my cycling shoes. He even held my bike up while I pedaled around the store to get some practice clipping in and out! All staff there were super friendly!”
“Called in looking for a coil for my new bike today. Cameron was super helpful and detailed with his advice and excellent knowledge. He was able to find what i needed and was able to get me in the same day to install it. While i was there the staff were friendly and helpful while looking around. Cameron and harry stayed late to get the job done and i would 100% be coming here for service and recommend them to anyone who is looking for high customer service and knows their stuff. These guys are the real deal! Props dunbar ?”
