“Today I enquired about a new bike for my son and talked with a gentleman called Adam. The bike that I was looking for was in stock but not assembled. During the phone conversation, Adam was so helpful and guided me in the right direction for the perfect fit for my boy.
Once I arrived at the store, Adam was so professional and easy to talk to. By the time I reached the store Adam had the bike assembled and ready to test out. Needless to say we ended getting it and my son was so happy.

“Had a bit of a mixed start yesterday as the reception was quite cold and didn't even say hi, but Oliver and Anna in the snowboard boot section completely turned it around! They were incredibly friendly and patient—nothing like the indifferent vibe at the entrance. I spent almost 3.5 hours trying on boots, and they never once complained. I ended up getting the Burton Photons. I came back today for some adjustments, and they were just as passionate and helpful as the first day. Management, if you see this, please give them a raise! They are the go-to people if you’re looking for gear here.”

“Called in looking for a coil for my new bike today. Cameron was super helpful and detailed with his advice and excellent knowledge. He was able to find what i needed and was able to get me in the same day to install it. While i was there the staff were friendly and helpful while looking around. Cameron and harry stayed late to get the job done and i would 100% be coming here for service and recommend them to anyone who is looking for high customer service and knows their stuff.
