“Great service!!! The staff are so friendly and very professional! I brought my bike for tire repair and they fixed it fast and the price is reasonable! I will definitely buy my next bike at this place!”
“Great people working at this store. They've helped out some of the neediest people in the city and I feel like that's commendable.
A small word of advice though, make sure you at least have a PASSING knowledge of how to fix/take care of your own bike before you go. It's not the sort of store for beginners to just wander into and clog up the arteries. I know this because I was the beginner and I clogged up the arteries and, because of this, I was told off by the staff for my incompetence.
I get it though. The store is relatively small and having some moron (me) take up some employees time while also being there must be aggravating. I don't really fault them for this reason.
I really like the soap in the back areas too. Amazing almond gunk that cuts through grease like a knife through butter. Weird thing to mention maybe but I kind of wish they sold it in bulk so that I could stock up and use it whenever I need to do the dishes.”
“I walked in on a Sunday and immediately got help with my bike brake. Did not need to wait as at other shops busy with tourists. $22 after tax, which is a good price for adjustment and replacement of a small part.”
“The techs are super friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in with an issue and walked out 10 mins later with it fixed! Very nice and clean shop with a good parts selection”
