“Fantastic first time experience from inquiring about products to receiving the order through shipment. I was looking for a deep dish rear wheel and found the company through the Shop app. They didn't have the wheel that I was looking for online, but I called and talked with Geoff and I was informed that they could get it in. The quote that he gave for the wheel, disc rotor, and cassette was reasonable. But with he 10% first time customer code it was enough to complete the order. Geoff was great at communicating, even though the internal system they used didn't seem to work to my email. He found a work around and kept me informed throughout the process where things were at. When all of the items were at the store he had all of the pieces assembled for me before shipment so when it arrived I had very little to do before I was off riding. Highly recommend Geoff at Essential Cycles.”
