Tried the Kome Dry imported from Yoshi no Gawa Sake Brewery, Niigata. A nice inexpensive sake served ideally chilled. A slight floral fruity smell, initial taste was of green apples and fresh cut grass. The acidic profile mellows over time. Would be good with white meat.
