“Super Impressed! Over the Christmas holidays somebody decided to give me the gift of driving into the back of my SUV and then drive away! It created a good size dent on my lift gate which made my car look not so great. I looked up different dent places, called a few and left messages but when I called Dentstar my call was answered right away and I was able to get my vehicle fixed the very next day. I waited only an hour and a half and my car was fixed perfectly, no dent, no need to paint either! The cost was super reasonable too as I was not claiming it on insurance and was paying out of my own pocket. Phil was great to work with! Highly recommend this service! “Jason at Kirmac collision was my main contact for repair of my car. He was very diligent about reaching out, setting up an appointment, organizing a rental car and over all quality of repair. He provided very professional and friendly service and the repairs were done very fast. I was contacted for drop off and pickups in timely manner and they were kind enough even give me a ride back to my place after I had to drop the car off for the second time due to some technical issue which they fixed at no cost.The major is on the efficient side of communication but certainly a very diligent person to get things done properly. “Rescheduled twice. On date of appointment, I was told no service loaner and technician did not show up, and had to be rescheduled another week later. Can’t speak for the actual body shop work, but customer relations do not seem to be a strong point.Update : Ritchie Collision stepped up to the plate and the repair work and customer service has been excellent. Bumper scratch was repaired well and looks brand new. Good communication by the account manager through the process.Nice work.”

“My 12 year old SUV suddenly made a metal grinding noise when I put it into gear. I was expecting a big bill for a transmission problem. I called Taylormotive first thing in the morning and they said they could look at it right away. A quick BCAA tow to their location and they called me back that afternoon. They couldn't find a problem but when I described what was happening in more detail (continuing to tell them I think it's the transmission, they said they'd have another look the next day. After another look they said it was actually a loose bracket in the exhaust system that was hard to find as the problem was intermittent. They said it was a simple repair and would be ready the same day. I didn't ask how much, thinking probably $200 - $300. They charged me $58! First time I think perhaps a business isn't charging enough for their service. SUV has been running great for a couple of days. No noises at all.”

While the repairs to my Prius did take longer than expected due to difficulties in sourcing parts (It's a Japanese domestic model) I couldn't be happier with the end results. Suffice to say that Dave went more than the extra mile, in my case by including free of charge(!) some extra paint work that was not a part of the original work order.
