“My 2023 Bronco Sport driver side door was hit by another vehicle. After researching online and calling multiple dealers, I finally decided on Coache Collision as they were recommended on numerous sites and they were able to get my vehicle in for an inspection the quickest. I have aftermarket speakers in the driver door and a weather tech rain guard on my driver side window. They said it would not be an issue installing those on the new door, and if they had any issues with it they'd call me. Their reassurance and understanding was highly appreciated. They followed up with me when there was a delay in shipping the glass from the dealer, and gave me a new estimated delivery time. I had called them later to follow up and took the time to explain to me what was going on. They were very professional on the phone. My vehicle came back sparkling clean and everything in tact. Speakers worked and the rain guard was installed properly. I highly recommend this shop for your auto body needs. Thank you for bringing my baby Bronco back to me in immaculate condition. “We recently had our parked car hit by a driver and it ended up being a write-off because of the internal damage. I took the car to Craftsman and everything from start to finish was super easy - surprisingly easy considering my previous experiences with stuff like this. Dave Warren the manager was nothing but helpful and professional the entire time and even gave us a temporary vehicle to use for a reasonable amount of time considering our car was considered a write off almost right away. “Two of the windows in my apartment had become foggy and needed to be replaced. My strata council contracted with Glass Doctor to remove the old and install new windows.
Gagan performed the work this afternoon. He was very quick, efficent and friendly. I asked him many window related questions which he happily answered. A nice man. Proficient and courteous.”
