I had the best bank experience at CIBC Lonsdale Bank in North Vancouver, Mr. SHAHIN was a very polite and responsible person, he paid attention to all the details and patiently answered all my questions, as well as Ms. AMINIAN , who cooperated with me in opening the account and gave full explanations. The details were fully explained to me. Both of them were fully aware of the banking rules and answered all possible questions in a professional manner. I am very grateful and will always go to this branch for banking matters.

These days, I have been in contact with this branch several times to obtain a line of credit and exclusive services related to the company. Mr. Arash Amiri provided conditions for me that eliminated the need for me to visit the branch in person even once. He handled all of my requests with a high level of responsibility and left none of my questions unanswered. I am very grateful to him and the always responsive team at CIBC bank.

I'll give Elnaz Kabir five stars for being incredibly helpful and patient in guiding us towards the best options. She went above and beyond her duty to assist me with my Costco Mastercard from CIBC. She's truly amazing!

The worst customer service I have received in my whole life . Doing the simplest banking transaction is frustrating and disappointing. employees are very rude and it is clear that they have not been properly trained . For getting a simple mortgage statement I have been waiting for a long time and they told me that you need to have an appointment for next week as all our advisors are fully booked.i am counting the the days for the they my mortgage term is finished and I will never ever come back to CIBC.

It was one of the best experience I've ever had as a new comer more specifically with Mr Ehsan Mahdavi Parsa at Lonsdale branch.he had a great sense of humor and understanding. He did all his best to make my banking process as smooth as possible. He personally guided me through and made all the arrangements with regard to my accounts.Likewise,he responded to my queries whenever and however he could. Thanks to Ehsan and I'm happy for CIBC to have such a self-driven employee.

Great service for the past 25 years since we retired abroad. Our bak representative is always there, when needed. admittedly, we can do all our online banking now, without needed to contact the staff member we have been dealing with. THe MAJOR conplaint is with the credit card services. our verification code has been blocked for 2 weeks. we cannot access our funds. it takes hours on hold to get to speak to a rep. and after 2 weeks and a promise that our account was unlocked - it is still locked. Head Office needs a kick up the you know what.

Absolutely hated trying to get in contact with them. Spent overall 2 hours waiting for someone to pick up a call on 3 different days ? would not recommend trying to call them. I only gave 2 stars as after I made a trip to go there they were helpful and solved my problem.

Absolutely unbelievably long line on a Saturday. Other branches are closed yet only half the kiosks had tellers.How are there not more staff on a day with other branch closures.Many people in line gave up and left after a good twenty minute wait.

As a non-profit organization, our recent experience with this CIBC branch in North Vancouver has been profoundly disappointing and problematic. Our encounters have consistently highlighted a lack of professionalism and efficiency.A major issue has been the repeated tardiness of the bank's agents for scheduled meetings. This lack of punctuality demonstrates a concerning disregard for our time, which is extremely valuable in the non-profit sector, where every minute counts towards achieving our goals.Additionally, the documents provided to us have been consistently erroneous, including basic errors in demographic information. This lack of attention to detail is alarming, as accurate and reliable documentation is essential for the smooth operation of our organization.The delay in the transfer of our account, now over a month, has been particularly disruptive. This process, critical to our financial management, has been hampered, causing not only inconvenience but also impacting our organization's financial planning.Communication has also been a significant barrier. Our attempts to address these issues have led to a frustrating cycle of being passed between bank agents, with no one taking clear responsibility or offering effective solutions. This has resulted in a breakdown of communication, leaving our concerns unresolved and adding to our challenges.In summary, our experience with the CIBC branch in North Vancouver has been far from satisfactory. The lack of professionalism, accuracy in documentation, and effective communication has greatly impacted our confidence in their services.
