“40 year old business with very good reputation. Very knowledgeable with the products they are selling. Will not hassle you with sales talk or try to upsell you something you don’t need or want. Will not promise you something they cannot deliver.I was looking for an all in one hifi cd player which was very hard to find as most local stores didn’t carry it. Garth helped me order it and I didn’t even need to put a deposit. Didn’t try to sell me something that was already in stock for a quick sale. He listened to what I wanted, gave me a reasonable time frame and delivered.I came back to look for a tv that was on sale. Again Garth helped me by giving a better recommendation, not to upsell, but because this other tv brand had better features when paired with the PS5. But at that time, the tv was on regular pricing. Garth told me, this tv will be on sale pricing soon, come back when it is on sale and I will sell it to you.He could have sold it to me then and there, but he told me to wait for the sale event so I get a better bargain.That right there is Exceptional Business Integrity.If you want good value for your money electronics and would like to deal with friendly honest staff, this is the place to go.”

“It's 3:10 am now and this is the ONLY place close to the highway that would allow me to use the washroom. I have a medical condition that causes me to need a washroom instantly. The three other places I tried ALL denied me access. They were all told I have a medical issue and NONE of them cared. I wasn't asking for money I wanted a washroom. Even the petro Canada on main Street here in North Vancouver told me that the washroom is out of order. I know for a FACT that you cannot have staff working and not provide facilities to your staff and not one of them let me use the facilities. I will be calling the managers of petroCanada, a&w, and chevron to lodge complaints. And I WILL be calling the manager to make sure the gentleman working here at the 7- eleven gets the recognition he deserves.”

“The staff, without fail, will always greet you with a hearty "Hello! How are you?" when you walk through the door. They are not pushy to sell and more often than not appear to be cheerful when on the job. At its core, it is a customer facing job, and I would not expect anyone in that position to be at 100% cheer all of the time. But in the face of what I'm sure are some days full of grouchy customers, the staff ultimately sends a smile when you enter the store.This particular location is the closest to me and is therefore my best option for those last minute things. It IS pricy, however one would be hard pressed to find a convenience store that isn't. That being said, there are frequent sales or bundled deals and their products can often be a few bucks less than other convenience stores further off.The only caveat that I (and I'm sure others) experience, is the 24/7 claim. Whereas I can't recall if the sign is still up, Google has also not been updated and it's only until you go into their website that you can see that this location does, indeed, close at midnight. Several other locations in the area have the same issue, getting lost in the mix of locations that ARE open 24/7. Fortunately I've seen the reviews that point out this 7-11 is not actually a 24/7 store, avoiding going after midnight and being very disappointed. But it is advertising that should be changed.”

“This is my neighbourhood store and the staff is great. I can see they have been extra busy due to the closure of a nearby gas station and always maintain excellent service. I'm currently having an ongoing issue with my rewards app. They have been so understanding while I keep trying to resolve this with the 7eleven helpdesk. I've been at the cashier numerous times after tech support attempted to help me fix this issue and they remain patient and friendly. Technical issues are completely beyond their control, glitches do happen, so a big thank you to all staff at this location, you are excellent ambassadors for the 7eleven brand.”

“London drugs is a great place to go for computer issues! my keyboard wasn't responding and I took it to Simply Computing and they quoted me $1000. Took it to London Drugs and they fixed it for $90! Super happy it works great!”
