However you must take employee suggestions and advice lightly, as I had a young female employee insist that wiring capacitors in series does not increase the voltage rating. I knew this was not true as it’s pretty basic stuff that most hobbyist should know, especially if you’re offering it as advice as an employee. Great store, take advice lightly.”

“Bought a set of vision cookware and one arrived scratched. Sent the photos to them and they sent a replacement after. “Fair and professional .. They gave me a reasonable loan on my guitar with about a 15% monthly . Perfectly fair deal. I liked the family feel in store with a touch of East van muscle just so you know where your at. They were friendly and used the double lock door system ment for robberies as a neat kinda vip waiting room with everyone nodding in approval . Took all the defence of the set up and made it feel like a eagerly awaited meeting for you...Nicely done you guys! They specialize in better quality and new electronics of all kinds . Plus there's a watch expert and a collection of seriously fine timepieces.They are a pawn broker but concentrate on the new electronic and video gear so it's your best bet for a loan I would wager. Five stars so far. I've only been in twice. Both easy and relaxed .”

On his first attempt the problem persisted but I brought it back to him and he went above and beyond, contacting the manufacturer and getting their diagrams. From there he pinpointed the problem and ordered the necessary part from Europe with no extra service charges I just paid for the parts. He has a gift for fixing electronics and problem solving and I highly suggest you come here for any of your electronically related repair needs. Thanks Gilbert!”

“I've bought a few things here over the years, a TV, Apple Watch AirPods. Never any problem. Last night I went to pick up something and they were actually closed, but the door was unlocked and there were still people in there (It turned out there's another 'open box' nearby and I'd checked their hours instead). The guy said they were closed but said if I knew what I wanted, then they could do it. I was very grateful as I had come up from Richmond.This is a good go-to for items.”

“Not a bad place to go to if you have no Costco account and they’re a little more affordable as well! But only a couple $10s off if you’re buying brand new. The good sale ones are the opened box ones! So if you’re looking to snatch a good deal and don’t really mind the idea that someone has already opened it and tried it, then this place is good for you! I have no problem with parking and store front. One thing I find a little disappointing is the arrangement and how clustered the place is.. so much stuff.”

“The pharmacy experience really depends on who you get. Most everyone is so kind, and goes out of their way to help. When I booked a covid shot here and they didn’t have the supply, they called me to let me know days before my appointment, and told me what day they expected more stock to come in. When I had an issue where my health insurance wasn’t working with their system, and no one on either end could figure it out, they spoke directly to my insurance company and figured out the error. They easily spent an hour helping me with that.The only criticism I have is that once I went to pick up meds and the pharmacy tech picked his nose absent-mindedly and then ate it. Disgusting… another time a different tech was rude and unhelpful when I had a question about my allergies and a new medication.Those two incidents are the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars. Every other interaction has been above and beyond.”
