“I've been patronizing Sussex Insurance, Kingsgate Mall, Vancouver for over 10 years. This week I went to renew my car insurance but forgot to bring my phone. My car is in storage next door to the mall. The Sussex agent walked with me to my car to photograph my odometer so I could get my discount. That's service above and beyond the call. They're great, helpful people who have owned and operated that franchise since 1999. Highly recommend!!”
