We were in a rush and needed home insurance to kick in right away as the completion date was happening soon. We are cautious people so we wanted to have the best flood and earthquake insurance possible. Shweta was the only person I spoke to that helped me calculate how much coverage we needed specifically for the earthquake coverage we needed based on number of units in our strata and the strata insurance documents.

“On my way to campus my car had stalled on the highway so this was the closest place I could pull into before it fully broke down and not turn on. My car was in an awkward position somewhat blocking the entrance/exit for cars of this claim centre and while I was there waiting for a tow truck, an employee checked on me asking if I was ok, etc etc and actually gave me a latte in hopes of making my day better. Keeping in mind this was at like 7:30am so it was a rough start for me, I truly appreciate this kind gesture. Thanks to Randy I think his name was because it was on the cup of the latte he gave. Thanks times a million.”
