The staff at Steed Cycles are very nice. They have a big selection of products and the people are very friendly. They made an error but corrected it immediately. I will shop there again.

I was hesitant to purchase a bike online and have it shipped across the country but it arrived quickly and very well packaged. Assembly was minimal and it worked flawlessly out of the box.
