“It has taken me awhile to get to this review, but I have not forgotten what a nice job they did with my car. I decided to get my car fixed here from all the nice reviews on their page and years of trust they seemed to build with customers. I was pleased with the services they offered and communicating with them was efficient and respectful.
However at first I did run into a problem with miscommunication between them and ICBC, on the objective of trying to save my car with a repair limit ICBC placed. I was trying to figure out what to repair and what I had to set aside so ICBC doesn't declare my car a total loss. When we did come up with a goal for what we can do to save it, I got a response from ICBC saying my car is over the total limit and the shop said a second investigation was done with a higher cost. We did manage to talk on how we can hit the ICBC target limit and eventually it worked out, even managed to save my decals in the process.
It did get rough halfway through the process but they managed to pull it off and made my car look very close to the day I bought it. Even though there was some slight miscommunication I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for claims or auto body work. The people who work there are very nice and patient and do their best to do what they can for you. I would gladly bring my car in again to have them work on it, thanks again for the great work!”
“I dropped off a vintage car ('65 Mustang) with a couple of problems (car stalling; malfunctioning carburetor) and a trunk that wouldn't open. Steve s kept me informed and fixed everything in a day. Getting into the trunk by removing the back seat was not easy. This is the kind of shop you can trust. They do the right thing and go the extra mile when they need to. I'll be back.”
“BCAA was called earlier in the day to see why my 2016 Civic wouldn't start. The tech got it going then, later that same day, it would not start again. Mundie's was dispatched quickly and the tow truck driver was incredible. She literally looked after everything: from paperwod, to hook up and finally to drop off at Westwood Honda. She was even kind enough to offer to leave the invoice in the car for me. The price seemed incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend Mundie's.”

“Had my BMW 330i break down with an engine issue today. — never a fun situation, but the Erik with truck 89 made it painless. He arrived quickly, was upfront about the process, and handled my car carefully during loading (I was worried about scraping the low front end, but he took his time and got it up without a scratch). Friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. Got me and my car safely to the shop. Highly recommend if you need a tow done right.”
