Urban Planet is a long-time staple at Capilano Mall, offering basic, affordable clothing perfect for younger men and women. It is a great place to find items like sweatpants, t-shirts, hoodies, and jeans at decent prices. The store has a decent selection, with styles constantly shifting throughout the year, so visitors always find something new. The service is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, with staff noted for being nice and enthusiastic. However, the changing rooms are rather small with little space for belongings, and the mirrors are inconveniently located outside the doors. Additionally, staff are not always available to unlock the changing rooms, causing occasional waits.
