“We dropped into Kintec North Van yesterday to get an ankle brace for myself. The store was very very busy as it was Saturday, but what I noticed is each one of the Kintec Team made sure people were greeted as they came in the door and were advised of what was happening and when they would be able to assist them , plus myself and other customers were updated as were were trying on product. I don’t think anyone felt they were ignored. Well done!We were lucky enough to have Kirsten take care of us. She was patient and very helpful with not only picking out the perfect brace for me, but assisted picking out just the “right” runners that “fit” me…After a scan of my feet I found out that I had wide feet!!! What!! Kirsten told us about her foot scan and made me feel good …it’s ok to have wide feet…. Both my husband and I were not looking for runners, but we were so impressed with her knowledge and the fact that they had 20% off plus …we both walked out with new runners. Love my HOKA’s.”
