“I have been going to Shoppers Simply Pharmacy regularly for a couple of years. I have found the experience to be very different from the one I had at the regular Shoppers Drug Mart in Parksville. There were some mix-ups at the Shoppers Drug Mart but at Shoppers Simply Pharmacy on Memorial, it is much quieter and focused on filling prescriptions. Sonja is the most helpful pharmacist I've ever encountered. Extremely knowledgeable, careful, and personable. Really easy to talk to and ask questions of. I highly recommend Shoppers Simply Pharmacy and their wonderful staff members.”

I have nothing but the highest regards to the staff in cosmetics, the general store staff and the most "helpful" pharmacy. They definitely are under pressure thru these difficult years of COVID, like all stores, are striving for "staffing" problems. I just want this Shoppers Drug Mart ...
