“Update:
Sadly nobody contacted us to follow up and our prescriptions were not filled. Long story but we had to go to urgent care for further evaluation and new prescriptions. This is not Pharmasave staffs fault just a poor health care system that is failing us. The problem that could have been handled better was a follow up call to us to tell us they didn’t hear back from the clinic doctor so that we can follow up especially since my partner is in so much agony. We still stand by the below review because Stephanie was very empathetic and listened.

Since moving to Qualicum, this is one of our favourite places to go. Recently we were in for prescriptions. Stephanie, the Pharmacist was extremely compassionate to our needs especially to my wife who is in need of medications and understanding given her skin conditions. We had just experienced an awful visit to a clinic with a doctor, Stephanie made it right and supported us thoroughly. Alleviated a stressful situation for us and is trying to help relieve some pain she is in. Her empathy knowledge kindness and patience was extremely appreciated. Thank you Stephanie! The world needs more people like you.”

Aki is the best pharmacologist I have met: a carring and gentle person that truely listen to you. This place is definitively my place to go now in Qualicum. I used to commute to his other pharmacy in Parksville because I knew they would take a good care of us. Super happy this place opened in Qualicum!”
