“I'm from The Big City (okay not really, but, bigger than Qualicum) and I didn't realize that the small town friendliness you see on TV was actually real ... until I started visiting the Medicine Shoppe. The staff recognize me by name - even out in the community! - and remember important details about my life and family (e.g. after buying cold medicine for my son, a week later they ask how he's doing). They are SO QUICK with filling prescriptions. When there was a shortage of my medication (not their fault - supplier issue) they called around other pharmacies to get the prescription filled. I've gotten flu shots there (painless, quick, and easy) and they are always kind, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else! A++”

“Whilst buying lotto today I dropped my credit card here. Discovered this in another store so rushed back 30 mins later feeling very anxious and panicky, my card had been handed in to Vanessa who was superb, not only did she properly ensure the security of my card by checking my ID etc but she was extremely kind and compassionate as she could see I was losing it. I returned later to thank Vanessa and spoke with Kym and Darrin who were also very lovely people. They are all a credit to this Pharmasave. Thank you Vanessa and I'm sorry I can't thank the customer who handed my CC in, so I hope they read this!”
