“We had only had our black 2026 RAV for 3 days when a big white truck (there when we parked; gone when we returned) slammed their door into our front passenger door. It left a dent and a bit of paint.
Penticton Collision was recommended to us by the dealer so we went. They looked at it, said they could use a tool to “pop out” the dent. We made an appointment the next week, and when we picked it up, we had a smooth new car again.
Thanks for the amazing service!”
“I had a lovely experience working with Martin Longmore and colleagues at Penticton Toyota purchasing my corolla hatchback. Martin was very informative and helpful. He went above and beyond my expectations by helping me every step of the way with my first car purchase and treated me like family.
Every staff member involved with my car purchase was very kind and professional, they explained every feature of my car and were very transparent about pricing. A great experience all around 😊”
“This is the guy in Penticton for everything related to hooking up trailers. Mercedes installed a trailer brake control on my sprinter and it didn’t work. He found the problem in no time and fixed it.”
“I had awesome service by Don Clark. The staff were so friendly. I'm glad I stopped in. I got what I wanted and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.”
“Tony and his team are amazing. Great workmanship, always ready when they say it will be - if not earlier, and very professional. Highly recommend Craftsman for anything you need.”
“Wade and Earl provided excellent service from start to finish with our recent airconditioning recharge. Wade fit us in immediately and Earl kindly drove and picked us up to and from downtown Penticton while they serviced our vehicle. The AC works perfectly now. We highly recommend them for their superior customer service. Deb and Greg”
“i am a shop owner on the island. a family member is stuck up there broken down. I assisted with helping them get parts. I dealt with a counter person named Mark. Often when I've dealt with out of town emergency concerns like this, it has not gone as smoothly. Mark treated me as if I were one of his regular clients, professional, respectful, and efficiently. I greatly appreciated the good service and efficient call backs and advisements. We have our own local rock stars, I bet this fella is one of that stores equivalent. Thank you Mark. appreciated.”
