“My van broke down near J&E while passing through Penticton on vacation. Even though he doesn't normally work on cars like mine, Neil took time out of his very busy schedule to do a solid temporary fix that would get me home while Shelley tried to source a replacement part. And I had to force them to accept payment for their efforts. Great shop!”
“Yesterday, Friday 1:30 PM truck wouldn't start in Summerland, time for a new battery, called Singer, they had the correct battery in stock, neighbour helped with a jump start, dropped truck off around 2:30 PM, by 3:30 PM Tim had the new battery in, codes cleared, back in business. Many thanks to Laura for squeezing me in and letting us get back on with our day and trip to West Kelowna. Should also mention that Tim's scrutiny on the truck's front end work done elsewhere last Fall (ICBC repair from a different shop) determined that a major part installed was incorrect, causing a height difference L to R and misalignment. Singer made it right. Thanks guys.”

“Had an issue with our BMW, check engine light came on, another shop diagnosed it as a fuel injector. Called 5 garages around the Okanagan. Imports was on par with most shops or less. The big difference was they used OEM parts. Most others used 3rd party. Before appointment the check engine light went off. Dropped off BMW, regardless, no issue came up when they scanned. We were explained the potential reasons, risks, and given the choice to go ahead or not. We weren’t charged and said to just pop by if the light came on again. The other shops we go to they charge 100-160$ for a diagnostic. The mechanic even gave our vehicle a quick polish. While we didn’t have any work done, when we do need it, we will be coming here.”
“Our vehicle had major problems wrong and was sitting, someone offered to pay for it at Christmas and we went to them. Amazing service! They took on the vehicle right away. It need a new piston, that had to be custom built in the states. They had to take the whole motor out and fix it for us. Little things came up but they kept us up to date the whole time! Definitely would recommend them.”

“I had a rather complicated tire situation involving 3 seperate sets of tire and rims in the middle of winter tire season. The staff were patient and helpful through the whole process and even though, by the end, I never ended up having them do any of the work with the wheels other than taking off one set of bald summer tires, they never even charged me for the dismount. 10/10 service. Would recommend.”

“Five-star service from Larsens'. I came in for a tire repair and was genuinely impressed by the level of care and attention they put into what could have been treated as a simple job.
They repaired the tire, checked the pressure in all four tires, topped everything up properly, and even used their high-tech laser alignment system to make sure all four wheels were aligned correctly. Communication throughout was excellent, and it was clear they were focused on making sure everything was right rather than simply getting the vehicle out the door.
It's really appreciated when you get recommendations to a business and they exceed your expectations! I really like dealing with a business that has been serving the community for more than 50 years. That kind of longevity makes sense when you experience this level of service. I'm glad to see it continue.
