“I can’t express how relieved I am to have found this mechanic shop! I had a pretty serious unexpected problem with my ford edge and had it towed to Myers (called them pretty upset and they juggled things around in their busy schedule to help me) even though it was right before Christmas, they put in overtime I’m sure, to make sure my vehicle was back on the road and safe to transport my daughter around. Their diagnosis(and in-depth research of the problem) and repair options were spot on, fair, and they had the work done quicker than I expected! Including walking me through everything that they did so I understood!Most recently I had just taken my car there for him to have a look at my low tire and my headlights; he checked everything out and filled all my tires(no charge) and gave me price options for headlights, once I made a decision he booked me in the next day and had my tire fixed, my headlights fixed and he also trouble shooted my remote start and was able to make me a working remote! All of this done the same day and even offered me a ride when I dropped my car off in the morning! These guys go above and beyond for their customers and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you thank you thank you!”

“Yesterday, Friday 1:30 PM truck wouldn't start in Summerland, time for a new battery, called Singer, they had the correct battery in stock, neighbour helped with a jump start, dropped truck off around 2:30 PM, by 3:30 PM Tim had the new battery in, codes cleared, back in business. Many thanks to Laura for squeezing me in and letting us get back on with our day and trip to West Kelowna. Should also mention that Tim's scrutiny on the truck's front end work done elsewhere last Fall (ICBC repair from a different shop) determined that a major part installed was incorrect, causing a height difference L to R and misalignment. Singer made it right. Thanks guys.”

“By far, the best tire shop in Penticton. And, not just a tire shop...many automotive services available here. I attended 4 other establishments that were not really praiseworthy. Annually, Kal Tire is voted best overall tire/automotive, with 5 stars for good reason. Reliable, courteous, dependable, thorough, honest, clean, efficient, prompt, accommodating, respectful, knowledgeable, guaranteed, and need I say more? Oh, let me say also that the customer waiting area is especially clean, ample seating while waiting, a live TV to pass the boredom of waiting, Complimentary water, coffee and tea as well as a clean co-ed washroom. I believe you get the overall big picture. I've had automotive, tire and maintenance service--completely satisfied. I have purchased tires--completely satisfied. Great brands and great quality.
