“Went in today, which I normally try to avoid becuase there is no parking and had the best surprise to be assisted by Denise. She went out of her way to make sure I was able to complete a withdrawal. I use Tangerine, and this is the only branch in Penticton I can get cash from for larger purchases. She showed me which machine had larger bills and was so cheerful and engaged....and she had a genuine smile. She is the best in there!!”
