Theres a bit of a wait at this branch but its not the issue of the staff call head office. I waited and got absolutely incredible customer service from Cynthia today. I come from calgary and have banked with rbc forever their tellers especially Cynthia are second to none in dealing with everything needed. Thanks RBC penticton...

Completely incompetent staff. The bank in town with line ups and even with 5 tellers working still 45 mins in line. 4th in line
