“My friend ordered her sectional and it was in the cue to be delivered today . This exceptional delivery team were coming from vernon , Armstrong, and kelowna. This team had the unfortunate delay from the horrific accident on the kelowna bridge this morning. They arrived at 8:30 p.m. tonite from a very full and delayed day and were exceptional! My blessing goes to the trickle effect of a business that counts on good employees!!!The sectional rocks!!BTW!!”
“Jobin served me today and was very, very helpful. He sold me two new Samsung Galaxy S26's and transfered my and my husband's old Sim cards and data. He was very fast as we were on vacation and my husband's phone broke down! Jobin was very knowledgeable and very quick. I couldn't have had better service anywhere else!”
“As a newcomer to Penticton, I must give kudos to the pharmacy department. They have been so helpful with information on the BC health care system. Friendly and efficient!”

“The staff here were absolutely the most helpful. I walked into the store 5 min before closing to just make a very straight forward quick purchase and they were more than happy to help. I was out of their store by closing time at 5.30 and they were in no way rushing me out the door. The mall security guard didn't even want to let me in the mall at 5.25, if I hadn't have insisted the mall was still open, best buy would have lost a sale!”
