“I walked into the store to ask a couple of questions and he answered them pretty fast. Then I decided to ask about cell phones and he goes we have a deal for you today so I listened and thot about it Finally I sed ok let's do this, as my Samsung Galaxy g20 was getting kind of old and outdated It's gonna take sum time to get used of the new cellphone and I'm struggling with it. Haha Over all I had pretty good service there, I'm happy.”

Nav was able to straighten out the issues in timely manner and problem solve what had gone wrong. He was extremely helpful, has great customer service skills and explained things very well. He was very fast as we were on vacation and my husband's phone broke down! Jobin was very knowledgeable and very quick. I couldn't have had better service anywhere else!”

“Went in to have my battery replaced and they told me not to have it replaced in store and have it done by Apple as it would cost the same but I would get 90 day service warranty after battery replacement when done by Apple. Also advised when to have the battery replaced and told me that it was a software update that slowed down my phone and ate up my battery and my batteries were still fine. Very honest and informative.”
