“Decent prices that's why people come here ....Friendly environment ... friendly staff ..they don't hound you when you walk in . They leave you alone unless you need help which I quite enjoyed....Knowledgeable staff if you want to know the difference betweenVarious varieties of whiskeys .... rums ...or scotchCons :no points system. ... that's why I shop at other places to accumulate points .... but I wish you had a larger selection of cold products . The ones you have in the fridge and standard generic and boring ...all of my favorites you only sell warm....my recommendation from a business standpoint is to expand your cold section. Take away a row of warm product if you have to ... you will generate more sales that way guaranteed ?”

“The only reason, my boyfriend and I choose to go to Riverside Liquor store, is because of the phenomenal customer service from an employee named Levi. (Andrew is also always very sweet.) Levi seems to be working every single time we go there and is always so helpful and makes us leave with a smile . We were shocked to find out he does not manage the store .*This 5 star rating is solely based off everything mentioned above .”

“Best service and best staff! Lost a star tho due to the increase of the delivery fee and the minimum amount one has to spend to hit the free delivery amount. I can realize the necessity of some increases, but not a double-whammy extra high amounts. Should have done one or the other increase or raised the delivery fee and kept the minimum amount for free delivery at a lower price mark. It would have been more appreciated by all that use this service. Alcohol mark-up is very high in itself and then store pricing on top, so was disappointed with this. Just my opinion.”
