Manager (short, long darker hair, disgustingly rude) has a terrible personality with staff and customers. Most ignorant customer service i have experienced in Penticton. Will never shop there again nor recommend it.

The Penticton Marks is the poorest service Marks store I’ve run into in BC. Today reinforced this once again. Two staff members we’re discussing a markdown behind the till while a lineup of at least 6 people were waiting. This was a discussion that should have taken place elsewhere and after the lineup had been cleared.

Brought a Senior in, for her to Pick up some things, she started getting Overwhelmed + Tired. Our Cashier was Kind and Patient. Love that!! So many people are Rush, Rush. And show no Compatian, but this Girl was Outstanding.
