I had problems with CanPar (Loomis Express) shipping a package and redirecting it late, with no updates or any real customer service that was helpful or understood basic communications. Called B 2 B Copy as they were to receive the package, and they were fantastic. Called me back, looked into it for me. Gave me more information than Canpar could about the shipment.
