“I love the customer service here. I bought a pair of hokas from here, and about four months later a piece of the sole on one shoe started to fall off. I called the store to see if there was anything they could do since the shoes became a bit uncomfortable. Neil left me a message and told me to come in with my old pair so that I could grab a brand new pair! I have since been loving my new pair of hokas, and am super relieved I was given the option to swap them.”

They have excellent stock, prices, and selection and, all in all, our experience shopping there has been nothing short of fantastic. Our five year old is also a big fan! He loves going in to just poke around and check out the merch. Even though we will be moving away from Penticton soon, we will continue to shop with them. Highly, highly recommend checking them out.”

The guys at the service shop took no time to get my skis back going after other shops told me they couldn’t help.Don’t let the small ski shop in the back fool you…. these guys know equipment.”

“Bit of a late review we were there in may - While travelling around BC from a country with no ice or snow - and a love for ice hockey randomly went into this store to just be nosy - the owner was one of the most friendliest and interesting people i meet on the trip gave me plenty of advice on were i could try to skate and what i needed and well just talking - was worth stopping into - owner even gave me a stick which now hangs proudly on my wall back in Australia - the Canadians are the most friendly people shop at this shop - again thank you for been so welcoming”
