“I’ve been an Olympic skier for 14 years, I’ve been to shops all over the world. I recently stripped a binding off my ski at a training camp in Apex. The guys at the service shop took no time to get my skis back going after other shops told me they couldn’t help.Don’t let the small ski shop in the back fool you…. these guys know equipment.”

“I highly recommend Back Country Sports. Dave and his wife are lovely people with a ton of knowledge. They have excellent stock, prices, and selection and, all in all, our experience shopping there has been nothing short of fantastic. Our five year old is also a big fan! He loves going in to just poke around and check out the merch. Even though we will be moving away from Penticton soon, we will continue to shop with them. Highly, highly recommend checking them out.”
“I went in for the first time yesterday to purchase new running shoes. I was impressed with the store - it is very welcoming, as was the person who helped me. He was already helping another customer when I walked in, but he made sure we both were looked after. He gave me multiple shoe options to try and I found a pair I love. Unfortunately, the color I wanted is not in stock at this time but he let me know that he would call me when they arrived. As a new runner, I was nervous about going in but I will absolutely be back! I could easily purchase the shoes online but I would prefer to support local, and will happily wait for them to arrive. I don't normally write reviews, but I was just so impressed that I had to this time!”
