    I stumbled upon this dress store while strolling through the mall and was so pleased with my discovery. Not only were the dresses beautifully made and fit perfectly, the customer service was extra special!! Thank you so much to the customer service reps who were pleasant and very helpful.

    Today Tiffany, went well above and beyond to help me find just the right outfit by making arrangements to have the item held for me to try on at another Suzanne’s location. I truly appreciated her willingness to help and to wear a smile while doing so. I highly recommend Suzanne’s.

    Tiffany, the manager is great...she's helpful while allowing one to browse at a leisurely pace. The store has a wide selection of styles, colours and sizes - Xsmall to XXlarge. Penticton needs this store so hopefully it is well supported.
