“I brought my son ( who wears hearing aids) in the store after photos with Santa today and we were greeted very nicely by the staff. Before leaving the store, a staff member named Susan came to us and gave us a Lego man with hearing aids and talked with us about my son, his aids and prematurity (he was born at 24 weeks). She is such a lovely person and amazing asset to their team. Her kindness and inclusivity really touched our hearts, especially when we receive some very unkind comments about his hearing aids in public sometimes.Thank you Susan for your kindness and conversation. ”

“Took in my Skagen watch and hubby’s Fossil watch for new batteries after a disasterous experience in Maple Ridge.A staff member at jeweller store in Maple Ridge said my watch battery could not be replaced as they couldn’t find a ‘slot’ to open back.( Ive had it replaced there before no problem.)Hubbys watch WAS working but after they opened it, he was told it was broken now ?I checked online for reviews, found the great reviews for Coq Hudson Bay so took both there. Kelly was on duty and told me to return in 40 mins.When I returned, Kelly had replaced my Skagen battery but confirmed hubbys watch indeed was no longer working even after she put in a new battery.She said it would have to be sent out for repair which I opted not to do.Charge for my battery $22 plus tax.Highly recommend this place and Kelly,”

“This store has everything. I'm not sure if they are rude or not, but I couldn't believe how many things they had in one store. There were lots of people shopping and they didn't seem to have a problem. And I asked an employee where something was and he told me exactly where it could be, so that was helpful. I will be back. It has everything in one place. Saves a lot of running around.”
“Extremely vast store. Did not see much of a crowd during the boxing day week. The home appliances, cutlery and bedding section upstairs was also empty. The prices were reasonable. The staff were excellent - always wanting to help and very courteous.”

“I was browsing for sunglasses for a while. But I couldn't find anything of good quality and in my budget. I was in Walmart shopping for other items and thought I'd just check it out. This place is a hidden gem. I found exactly what I was looking for. Quality, polarized sunglasses that look good and are comfortable. Most importantly, the service here at the Langley store is exceptional. I visited here a number of times now. Each time the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Kudos to Eric, Rani and all the staff here. Great job and thank you!”

“I go here to pick up my mother’s prescription. I call into the pharmacy and inform them that she needs a refill on her meds and they fax this info over to her Doctor. He then has to confirm this request before they fill out the prescription. But with all of these time consuming tasks, the staff are always pleasant, professional and accommodating. They have my mother’s prescription ready that same day sometimes within hours and Id guess they could have it ready even sooner if they did not have to wait for the Doctors reply.Thank you to the staff for all of your efforts and hard work in a demanding field. I know some people dont appreciate it enough or realize how many people come to you or how busy your day can be.”
“Today i was at walmart Port Coquitlam garden centre and needed around 80 bags of gardening soil. I had wrist ache and one of the amazing staff (Alex) helped with loading my car with all the soil bags. He was very patient, kind and helpful. I had an amazing experience today. Helpful and kind staff like Alex would make Walmart a great place for shopping for costumers. Will definitely go back there again”
“I had ordered various sized enlargements for a special event through the photo centre. When I checked my photos, I realized that I had forgotten to print one enlargement and time was running out. I contacted the photo centre, really not expecting much but had the wonderful luck to be served by Raj. She promised to watch out for my online order and to print it as soon as she received it. She also said she would call as soon as it was ready. Again, I really did not expect much, but Raj followed through on everything she said she would do. She is a total credit to her department. Wonderful customer service!”

The self-service kiosk was easy to locate, and the instructions provided were clear and straightforward. I was able to select the desired photos from my phone and print them within minutes. The quality of the prints exceeded my expectations, with vibrant colors and sharp details. The convenience of being able to print photos on-site was a definite time-saver, and I appreciated the affordability of the service.After completing the photo printing, I proceeded to the dental care section to purchase a toothbrush. The store had a wide selection of oral care products, including various brands and types of toothbrushes.”
“I was searching for large safety pins to do a craft with my students having no luck anywhere, so on a whim I thought I would check Walmart with very low expectations of actually finding the over 600 that I needed. Not knowing the store very well, I decided to ask an employee for help. I wish I looked at the person's name tag because she went above and beyond offering to take me to the aisle they were in. I accepted her offer and to my surprise, Walmart had more than enough in stock! To the female employee working the evening of November 6 who wore a scarf and head covering, you were super helpful enabling me to get the needed supplies for a Remembrance Day craft. Myself and my students are very grateful ?”

“The staff who have worked at this location longer are generally helpful and knowledgeable about where items are located. I have noticed that some of the newer staff seem not to know or care. I guess for some it's just a paycheck. I worked at a Walmart many years ago for a short while and remember that the staff had to complete CBL training platforms dealing with customer service, product knowledge, store policies etc. Do they not do this anymore? Your head office should have secret shoppers drop in now and then and experience the service they get. This way they can report back to the corporate head office which stores (managers as well as on-floor staff) need refresher training in their CBLs. As for the sales associates who do remember their training, thank you.”
