“Took in my Skagen watch and hubby’s Fossil watch for new batteries after a disasterous experience in Maple Ridge.A staff member at jeweller store in Maple Ridge said my watch battery could not be replaced as they couldn’t find a ‘slot’ to open back.( Ive had it replaced there before no problem.)Hubbys watch WAS working but after they opened it, he was told it was broken now ?I checked online for reviews, found the great reviews for Coq Hudson Bay so took both there. Kelly was on duty and told me to return in 40 mins.When I returned, Kelly had replaced my Skagen battery but confirmed hubbys watch indeed was no longer working even after she put in a new battery.She said it would have to be sent out for repair which I opted not to do.Charge for my battery $22 plus tax.Highly recommend this place and Kelly,”

“This store has added a lot of Chinese food, including a variety of quick-frozen pancakes, dumplings, dumpling wrappers, dim sum, traditional haggis soup, steamed glutinous rice, etc. Some of the items are even sold out, and the prices are moderate. If its chain stores are as diverse, will be more convenient and better,”

“Clean and well organized worth lots of stock. Very likely that if you are looking for something that CT sells then you will find it here. Staff were pleasant and there was lots of parking available. They also have an auto centre at this location.”

“I go here to pick up my mother’s prescription. I call into the pharmacy and inform them that she needs a refill on her meds and they fax this info over to her Doctor. He then has to confirm this request before they fill out the prescription. But with all of these time consuming tasks, the staff are always pleasant, professional and accommodating. They have my mother’s prescription ready that same day sometimes within hours and Id guess they could have it ready even sooner if they did not have to wait for the Doctors reply.Thank you to the staff for all of your efforts and hard work in a demanding field. I know some people dont appreciate it enough or realize how many people come to you or how busy your day can be.”

“I was searching for large safety pins to do a craft with my students having no luck anywhere, so on a whim I thought I would check Walmart with very low expectations of actually finding the over 600 that I needed. Not knowing the store very well, I decided to ask an employee for help. I wish I looked at the person's name tag because she went above and beyond offering to take me to the aisle they were in. I accepted her offer and to my surprise, Walmart had more than enough in stock! To the female employee working the evening of November 6 who wore a scarf and head covering, you were super helpful enabling me to get the needed supplies for a Remembrance Day craft. Myself and my students are very grateful ?”
