“Shopped at JYSK Surrey and it was a really pleasant experience. The store had lots of neat home things like comfy pillows, soft blankets, stylish furniture, and home decorations that caught my eye right away. The aisles were easy to walk around, and everything was arranged so I could find what I needed without feeling rushed. The people working there were polite and helped me find the right size for a bed frame and gave me good suggestions. When I got home and set everything up, my room felt cozier and more organized. I’m happy with what I bought, and I would definitely go back again when I need more home items. I would tell my friends and family to check this place out too!”
“We bought 2 mattresses here. Lilian was wonderful and caring throughout. She never rushed us and gave great advice - you can tell she has a lot of experience and knows what she is doing. I went with a firm latex hybrid mattress and my parents went with the copper mattress. Prices were good (these are not entry level mattresses so keep that in mind). I'd recommend going to Sleep Shop, specifically this location and only working Lilian.”

“We ordered a coffee table a few weeks ago. On Friday we picked it up and have to say we are absolutely delighted with the table. The workmanship was impeccable and the stain was exactly as ordered. I will definitely shop here again.”
“Picked up the Effy hardwood standing desk in the pheasant wood finish (longest size). The finish looks great. Genuine wood grain and a thick top that feels like proper furniture instead of typical office desk material.
Setup took a bit of work due to the weight, but the parts fit well and the lift motors run quietly. It’s very solid at sitting height and only shows slight wobble at the maximum height, which is normal for a wide standing desk.
The built-in wireless charger is handy, though my phone gets a little warm — probably a mix of the device and the wood trapping heat.
Overall, a great product.”
“What a great experience. Looking for new bedframe and they showed me some samples in their showroom, then set up a time to go to the manufacturers showroom. So beautiful large and a great selection with so many options. Picked exactly what I wanted and 8 weeks later I have a custom bedframe. Voila!”
“We probably went to around 10 other furniture stores before we stopped in here, and boy are we glad that we did. The first and obvious thing you notice when you walk in is that unlike all the stores we went to, we weren't immediately pounced on by salesmen and we had ample time to sample whatever we were looking at before we had someone come up and check on us. The prices are either cheaper or very competitive with the other locations that we went to, I felt no need to haggle on the pricing due to that. We ended up buying a loveseat and got it delivered in the house and the movers had it done in 10 minutes! Absolutely incredible considering the very tight area and the amount of stairs that were involved in getting it down there. I'm incredibly satisfied with the product, customer service, and delivery. I would not hesitate coming back here in the future to pick up more stuff for our home. Don't bother leaving Maple Ridge to look at furniture, just go here and I'm sure you'll find what you need.”

“In a world where customer service is wanting, Lazy-boy Langley and their staff go above and beyond expectations. We came in looking for a coffee table and met Mintwab. She was friendly but didn’t hover over you. We then found a sectional too that met our needs. She introduced us to Michelle who came over to help design our living room space. Michelle was on time and helped settle my anxiousness over what should go where. Thank you! When she left I had a big smile and now was excited - so much so we also picked out a chair to round out our space. We received
text messages along the way to let us know about our purchase and delivery. The delivery guys were fast, efficient, personable and respectful. Even when we had one small concern Mintwab provided a quick solution. Thank you ladies for your great customer service and making our home super cozy!”

“Stacie is the gold there and Kelly is a gem.
The first time I walked into the store Stacie was there to greet me. She was the perfect amount of there when I needed her and gone when I didn't (a skill I learned not all furniture sales people understand - oh the stories I could tell ?♀️ - she should teach a course!). Anywho, I felt totally comfortable working with her but decided to think on it. When i was ready, she totally remembered me and helped me complete my purchase.
I came back a couple months later to buy something else and purchased with her again. Everything went super smoothly but I did have a bit of a snafu with another staff member when I tried to bring it back within the 48 hour return window (Stacie was off that day) but Stacie and Kelly and Edita the manager were so lovely and smoothed at all out seamlessly. Thank you so much ladies for everything!
I ended up purchasing another stool today and so far so good. Just love the quality and style of the Muse & Merchant products. Hoping this is only the beginning of many more wonderful purchases to come!

One small issue occurred during delivery, however that was quickly dealt with and we are very pleased over-all. They have beautiful inside furniture also. They treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. I lived in Mission at the time and they delivered my furniture from Cloverdale to Mission, ensuring everything was set up properly for me.

“I just had the best customer service with this company. Highly recommend them. We got my mother’s older Novo tech bed system, which she needs when she stays with us. The remote stopped working unfortunately but it is over 10 years old. We reached out to the company to see if there was anything we could do to get it up and working again. They were very helpful, kind and professional. Everyone we dealt with including the Assistant manager who we originally talked to. Dana who helped coordinate everything and made sure the problem was dealt with. They sent Steve, a representative out to our house free of charge to help figure out the problem. The remote ended up needing to be replaced and one of the wires re-routed. Steve replaced the remote and fixed everything no charge for us. Thank you all so much again for your help. For the wonderful service we received alone, I would highly recommend this business.”
